Our Approach to Business Litigation Matters
Our single goal is to achieve the best result possible for our clients in the most cost-effective manner. To achieve our goal, we maximize the use of the many attorneys within our division and pair the client with the best lawyer capable of handling their case. When required, we work as a team to achieve the desired result.
Since we are always mindful of the cost of litigation to our clients, we look for innovative and advantageous ways to resolve cases. Settlement options are explored, and if beneficial to our clients, are pursued; however, if resolutions short of a trial are not advantageous, we handle the case through trial and appeals if necessary. We handle cases directly but have also enjoyed working with out-of-state attorneys to assist them as local counsel for their clients. Likewise, when necessary, we use other attorneys within our firm to guide in specific areas where their law knowledge benefits the client in the litigation.
