Overview
Krithika Venugopal represents clients in diverse facets of business and real estate litigation, as well as estate and trust litigation matters, holding admission to practice in all Florida state courts. She is a passionate litigator and thrives on the need for strategic thinking, resilience, and character. In her view, diligence is the cornerstone of effective advocacy.
Krithika’s experience includes working in a national law firm handling insurance litigation and an externship at AT&T’s civil litigation department. She has prepared appellate briefs and argued before Florida’s Second District Court of Appeal. Her background also involves working for a finance company specializing in mortgage and structured credit. Krithika’s research has been relied upon by insurance carriers, corporations, and even the U.S. Naval War College.
Krithika holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, magna cum laude, from the University of South Florida (USF) where she was a member of the Women in Leadership and Philanthropy Student Advisory Council and of the University Conduct Board. She earned her Juris Doctor with Honors from Emory University School of Law. Motivated by the nobility of the legal profession and its emphasis on truth and reason, she finds being an attorney in the United States fulfilling.
Beyond her legal pursuits, Krithika enjoys spending time with friends, attending mass, exploring 5th Avenue in Naples, and relaxing by the beach. Her interests extend to history, fiction, and philosophy, particularly the works of C.S. Lewis, and podcasts on finance.
Originally from Tampa Bay, Krithika has lived in Georgia, Colorado and India. She made Naples her home in October 2021. As a resident of Southwest Florida, Krithika values the opportunity to contribute to the community she now calls home.
