The United States does not have an adequacy decision from the European Commission, which means that the Commission has not determined that the laws of the United States provide adequate protection for personal information. Although the laws of the United States may not provide legal protection that is equivalent to the European Union data protection laws, HFSH safeguards your Information in accordance with this GDPR Privacy Notice. HFSH takes numerous steps and has implemented reasonable security measures to protect your Information as further described here.

RETENTION PERIOD. HFSH retains your Information for as long as necessary for us to perform the activities described above or in situations where we have an ongoing legitimate business need to do so, such as for legal, regulatory, accounting or reporting requirements. When our legitimate interest to retain your Information terminates, we will either delete your Information or render it anonymous so that it can no longer be attributable to any specific person. STATUTORY OR CONTRACTUAL REQUIREMENTS. Users of the Site and our Services are under no statutory or contractual requirement or other obligation to provide personal information to us via the Site or Services.
