Henderson Franklin Stockholder Carlos Kelly Elected Vice-Chairman of the SalusCare Board of Directors

Fort Myers Business Litigation Attorney Carlos KellyHenderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A., is pleased to announce that stockholder Carlos Kelly has been elected Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors for SalusCare, Southwest Florida’s leading nonprofit provider of mental health and substance use treatment services.

Kelly joined the SalusCare Board of Directors in 2025 after serving on the organization’s Finance Committee for more than a decade. In his new role as Vice-Chairman, he will continue working closely with board leadership to support SalusCare’s mission and long-term strategic goals. Reflecting on his election, Kelly shared:

Having worked alongside this organization for many years, I am grateful for the trust placed in me and honored to serve as Vice-Chairman. I look forward to continuing our work to strengthen access to compassionate, high-quality behavioral healthcare throughout Southwest Florida.”

With nearly three decades of legal experience, Kelly represents business and real estate clients in complex litigation matters, including contract disputes, partnership conflicts, eminent domain, and property rights issues. He is recognized by Best Lawyers in America®, Florida Super Lawyers®, and Naples Illustrated’s Top Lawyers, and frequently speaks and writes on legal issues affecting Florida property owners and businesses.
