Aaron Haak to Moderate ASA Subcontractor Forum in Fort Myers
Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A. is pleased to announce that Florida Bar Board Certified Construction Lawyer Aaron Haak will serve as moderator for the Southwest Florida Chapter of the American Subcontractors Association (ASA)’s Subcontractor Information Exchange on Friday, April 24, 2026, at Mission BBQ in Fort Myers.
The Subcontractor Information Exchange, also known as a Business Practice Interchange, is a members-only forum designed to foster open discussion among construction industry professionals. As moderator, Haak will guide the discussion, facilitating conversation among attendees and helping to identify practical approaches to common issues facing subcontractors and construction professionals. He shares,
“Construction projects move quickly, and small issues can escalate if they’re not addressed early. Conversations like this help identify those issues and give contractors a chance to approach them more strategically.”
Haak brings more than 25 years of experience in construction law, advising clients across all phases of construction projects. His practice includes contract drafting and negotiation, lien and collection matters, construction defect claims, and disputes involving delays, scope changes, and performance issues. He regularly represents owners, developers, and construction professionals in both litigation and dispute resolution proceedings.
In addition to his construction law practice, Haak has extensive experience in business litigation, representing clients in shareholder and partnership disputes, employment-related claims, real estate disputes, and internal governance matters.
Haak earned his Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University and his undergraduate degree from Auburn University. He may be reached at aaron.haak@henlaw.com or by phone at 239-344-1175.
