Aaron Haak to Present Roofing Industry Legal Update

Designed for roofing contractors, construction professionals and industry leaders, the program will address legal developments affecting the construction industry, including contracts, liens, risk management strategies and practical approaches for preventing and resolving disputes. Haak shares,

With more than 25 years of experience, Haak advises owners, developers and construction professionals throughout all phases of construction projects. His practice includes contract drafting and negotiation, lien and collection matters, construction defect claims and disputes involving delays, scope changes and performance issues. In addition, he represents businesses and individuals in complex commercial litigation, including shareholder and partnership disputes, employment-related claims, real estate disputes and other business conflicts.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to meet Twentieth Judicial Circuit Judge James Stewart, who will participate in a special meet-and-greet during the event.
A Florida Bar Board Certified specialist in Construction Law, Haak brings experience from both private practice and in-house leadership roles, including serving as counsel to a multi-entity development and operating company involved in luxury residential development, hospitality operations and corporate management.
