With over two decades of experience, Craig Goddy is a seasoned litigator focusing in business litigation, probate litigation, and entertainment law. Known for his strategic advocacy, his litigation experience spans high-stakes commercial and business litigation, as well as probate and trust disputes.

Craig’s clients include community and regional lenders, national banks, and private real estate investment companies. He also has extensive experience representing Fortune 100 companies and small businesses alike in various matters, including breach of contract, shareholder disputes, fiduciary duty claims, fraud, negligence, Uniform Commercial Code claims, and restrictive covenant litigation, offering his clients a robust defense for their business and financial interests.

Craig’s background in real estate litigation has positioned him as a valuable advisor to property management companies. He frequently handles commercial evictions, lease negotiations, and commercial development issues. As a licensed title agent, he brings added experience to his real estate practice.

Craig’s entertainment law practice involves representation of entertainment clients, from emerging artists to established professionals including film-industry related clients. His work in entertainment law encompasses contract negotiations, intellectual property disputes, and rights management, ensuring that clients retain control over their work while navigating complex contractual landscapes with confidence. He has experience related to talent agreements, licensing, and partnership disputes, as well as litigation related to contractual disputes.

A cum laude graduate of Kent State University and the University of Dayton School of Law, Craig is admitted to practice in Florida and Pennsylvania, as well as in the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Pennsylvania.

Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Craig resides in Naples with his wife and two children. Outside of work, he’s an enthusiastic supporter of Pittsburgh’s sports teams, enjoys playing guitar, and values family time.
