Overview
Denis H. Noah focuses his practice in the areas of commercial real estate transactions, commercial and residential real estate development, real estate finance and the resolution of title problems and title insurance claims. Denis also takes a keen interest in assisting with the development of the firm’s computer and communications systems. He served as the firm’s Managing Attorney for nine years (2006—2015).
Denis has been recognized for his work in real estate law by various publications, including Florida Super Lawyers® magazine (2010—2018), Florida Trend magazine’s Legal Elite, Naples Illustrated “Top Lawyers” (2023), and was named 2012—2015 “Fort Myers Best Lawyers Litigation – Real Estate Lawyer of the Year” by Best Lawyers in America®. He has been honored by Best Lawyers in America every year since 2010.
Denis and his wife, Brenda, have two sons, Darryl and Ryan. When Denis is not working, he enjoys sailing, hiking, music, and Florida Gator football.
Professional And Civic Affiliations
Throughout his legal career, Denis devoted countless hours to Southwest Florida community, including serving as President of the Horizon Foundation and Chairman for the Horizon Council, Florida Law Network and Habitat for Humanity of Lee and Hendry Counties. Denis also was a member of the Southwest Florida Economic Development Alliance Board of Directors and was active in the Real Estate Investment Society and Attorney’s Title Insurance Fund Circuit Advisory Board.
