Margaret “Maggie” Nolan Joins Henderson Franklin’s Real Estate Department

Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A., is pleased to announce Margaret “Maggie” Nolan has joined the firm as an associate in its Real Estate Department.

“Returning to Fort Myers and joining Henderson Franklin feels like coming full circle,” said Nolan. “I’m excited to be part of the firm’s Real Estate Department and look forward to building strong client relationships while serving the community that has always been home.”

Nolan represents clients in residential and commercial real estate matters, assisting individuals, businesses, developers and property owners with a variety of real estate transactions and related legal matters.

“We are pleased to welcome Maggie to Henderson Franklin,” said Colby Keefe, chair of the firm’s Real Estate Department. “Her litigation experience, strong academic credentials and ties to Southwest Florida make her a wonderful addition to our team. We look forward to the contributions she will make to our clients and our community.”

Before joining Henderson Franklin, Nolan practiced real estate litigation with a Tampa law firm, where she represented property owners and landlords in evictions, lease disputes and other real property matters. Her litigation experience provides valuable perspective in identifying potential risks and helping clients resolve issues efficiently.

Nolan earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Criminology from the University of Florida before receiving her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Ave Maria School of Law. While in law school, she served as both an associate editor and senior editor of the Ave Maria Law Review and worked as a teaching assistant for Legal Analysis, Writing and Research. Nolan also clerked for The Honorable Kyle C. Dudek of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, where she strengthened her legal research and writing skills while gaining valuable insight into the federal court system.
