Henderson Franklin Welcomes John Spear and James Kerr
Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A. is pleased to announce that Attorneys John Spear and James Kerr have joined the firm’s Bonita Springs Office. Spear is a Florida Bar Board Certified real estate expert. For nearly 40 years, he has been representing owners and tenants in Bonita Springs, Estero, Naples and Fort Myers in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate. Spear is a former member of the Bonita Springs City Council and has been honored as Citizen of the Year by both the Bonita Springs Chamber of Commerce and the Bonita Springs Lion’s Club. He previously served as President/Chairman of the Bonita Springs Area Chamber of Commerce, the Rotary Club of Bonita Springs, the Bonita Springs Speakers Assembly, the Bonita Springs Community Foundation and the Bonita Springs YMCA. A spear was also named at 25 over 50 honorees by the Naples Daily News in 2015.

Drawing on almost 40 years of experience, Kerr creates custom estate plans for families throughout Southwest Florida. He takes time to meet with each client to answer all their questions and address the very personal and sometimes complex issues that wills, trusts, and estate planning often present. Kerr is a member of the Planned Giving Advisory Committee for Florida Gulf Coast University. He previously served on the Professional Advisory Committee of the South County YMCA Foundation and was a member of the Bonita Springs Noon Rotary Club.
