Overview

Sharon M. Zuccaro represents developers, sellers, and buyers in commercial and residential real estate transactions. More specifically, Sharon concentrates her practice in matters involving finance, contracts, leases, closings, title insurance, and homeowner and condominium associations. She also regularly writes for Henderson Franklin’s blog, The Legal Scoop on Southwest Florida Real Estate. Her blog posts include:

In years 2019-2023, Naples Illustrated listed Sharon on their “Top Lawyer” list for her work in real estate law.

Originally from Chicago, Illinois, Sharon has lived in Naples since 1987 with her husband and children. When not working, she enjoys gardening, kayaking and yoga. Prior to joining Henderson Franklin, Sharon was a partner at a Naples firm (1988—1997) and a Bonita Springs firm (1997—2004).

Professional and Civic Affiliations

Sharon is very active in the Collier County community. She is a member of the Naples Area Board of Realtors (“NABOR”) and served on its Legal Resources Committee. Sharon is also a member of the Humane Society of Naples (“HSN”) Board of Directors. She served as HSN’s interim treasurer one year and is a member of its Strategic Planning Committee. Additionally, she is member of the Collier County Building Industry Association (“CCBIA”) and served on its Ambassador Retention Membership Committee. Sharon is a member of the Collier County, Lee County, and Florida Bar Associations.

Sharon has served as counsel to Girls Incorporated of Collier County, now known as Boys and Girls Club of Collier County. She is a member (and former board member) of the Commercial Real Estate Women (Naples-Fort Myers Chapter) as well as the Bonita-Estero Association of Realtors (“BEAR”). She’s a past member of the Women’s Council of Realtors (“WCR”) Bonita Springs-Estero Florida and the Women’s Council of Realtors Naples.
