Overview

With more than 30 years of experience in real estate and the legal industry, Konnie Capra brings a strong background in residential real estate transactions and a genuine enjoyment of working with people to her role in Henderson Franklin’s Real Estate Department.

Konnie assists with residential real estate transactions from contract to closing, preparing documents and closing statements while coordinating with realtors, attorneys, buyers, sellers and lending institutions. She understands that buying or selling a home can be both exciting and overwhelming, and takes pride in answering clients’ questions, addressing their concerns and helping make the closing process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

A Florida-licensed realtor since 1992, Konnie has always enjoyed being part of one of life’s biggest milestones. She finds it rewarding to help buyers find a place to call home and sellers successfully complete the sale of their properties.

Born in upstate New York and raised in Miami, Florida, Konnie developed an early love for the ocean, beaches, snorkeling and shell collecting. Although she once couldn’t imagine living anywhere other than Miami, family brought her to Southwest Florida in 2015. Today, she enjoys spending time with her niece, two sons and three grandchildren, who all live in Cape Coral.

Outside the office, Konnie enjoys beach days, gardening, working on puzzles and watching documentaries and mini-series. She also loves exploring small towns and antique shops, including those she discovered during a recent trip to Blue Ridge, Georgia. Her Border Collie keeps her active with morning walks and evening games of fetch and frisbee whenever the weather cooperates.

Konnie joined Henderson Franklin in June 2026 and quickly felt at home. Having worked at several firms throughout her career, she describes Henderson Franklin as the best firm she has ever worked for. She appreciates the welcoming atmosphere, the support of her colleagues and the firm’s commitment to the community. She also enjoys participating in fundraising and volunteer activities.

Above all, Konnie values working with people who care about one another and take pride in their work. It’s what makes her feel appreciated and look forward to coming to the office each day.
