Henderson Franklin Litigation Attorneys to Present Mock Mediation at PRM Educational Conference
Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A. is pleased to announce that a team of attorneys will present a mock mediation at this week’s PRM Educational Conference held at Sunseeker Resort in Charlotte Harbor, Florida. The interactive session will provide risk managers and claims professionals with an inside look at how mediations are prepared and conducted, using a simulated real-world case. Stockholder and lead attorney for the session, William (“Bill”) Boltrek shares,
“This is an excellent opportunity to bring mediation strategy to life in a practical setting. Our goal is to provide attendees with tools they can use to help structure effective resolutions and navigate common challenges during mediation.”
