Molly concentrates her practice in real estate matters, more specifically in the areas of residential and commercial property owners’ associations, property acquisitions and sales, real estate development, and contract preparation. She represents various property associations, governmental agencies, developers, builders, non-profit corporations, and individuals.

Prior to joining Henderson Franklin, Molly served as in-house counsel to a national homebuilder, and also worked with a management and financial consulting firm wherein she was involved in the establishment, financing, and operation of community development districts throughout Lee, Sarasota and Manatee counties. Molly’s diverse experience has provided her with the ability to understand the many different layers relative to the properties, communities, and developments of her clients, and puts her in a unique position to approach transactions from various perspectives.
Molly was born and raised in Ohio and currently resides in North Naples with her daughter. When not working, she enjoys photography, traveling, reading, and spending time with her friends and family.

Molly is a member of the Real Property Probate & Trust and the City, County and Local Government Sections of the Florida Bar, the Lee County Bar Association, and the Real Estate Investment Society. Molly also serves on the Sidney & Berne Davis Art Center Board of Directors.
