Dealing with family issues can be overwhelming, especially when legal issues arise. Katie understands the unique complexities of each family situation, and listens and works with clients to help them achieve the best outcome possible for their family.

As a Florida Bar Board Certified Divorce, Marital, and Family Law expert, Katie brings over a decade of trial experience to your case. With a strong focus on divorce, marital issues, and family law, she passionately advocates for her clients in matter of divorce, paternity, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, appeals, and adoption. In 2023, Naples Illustrated recognized Katie as a “Top Lawyer” in the field of Family Law. Katie is admitted to practice in all Florida and New York state courts.

Katie’s ultimate goal in her legal career is to make a positive difference in people’s lives. Starting out in New York, she represented doctors and hospitals facing malpractice claims. After relocating to Naples with her husband and son in 2015, she began practicing family law at Legal Aid Service of Collier County.

Before entering the legal profession, Katie and her husband played a vital role in establishing Downtown House of Pizza, a cherished local eatery in Fort Myers. Her diverse background fuels her passion for family and community. When she’s not working, Katie cherishes quality time with her family, enjoying movie nights, reading, cooking, and exploring the serenity of the Adirondack Mountains in upstate New York.

Professional and Civic Affiliations

Katie’s dedication to helping others extends beyond her legal practice. Currently, she is a member of the Board of Directors of Legal Aid Service of Broward County and Legal Aid Service of Collier County and provides pro bono legal services to low-income residents of Collier County through Legal Aid Service of Collier County’s Collier Lawyers Care program. Katie is also member of the Collier County Bar Association.
