Steven Gendreau Appointed to Charlotte County Bar Association Board of Directors

Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A., is pleased to announce that attorney Steven Gendreau has been appointed to the Charlotte County Bar Association Board of Directors as Member-at-Large following a special meeting of the Board. He shares,

As Henderson Franklin continues to serve more clients in Charlotte County, I look forward to building relationships within the local legal community, supporting the Association’s mission, and giving back to the community that helped shape my career.”

Gendreau focuses his practice on tort and insurance litigation, representing individuals, businesses, municipalities, public entities, and law enforcement agencies in negligence, liability, and maritime matters. His experience includes motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, construction defect, dog bite, general negligence, and admiralty claims. He also counsels clients on proactive risk management strategies to reduce liability exposure and avoid litigation whenever possible.

Since 2024, Gendreau has been recognized by Florida Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in Personal Injury Defense, an honor awarded to no more than 2.5% of attorneys in Florida.
