Litigation Attorney Michael Versnik Returns to Henderson Franklin

With over ten years of experience, Versnik represents a wide range of clients, including individuals, policyholders, design professionals, businesses, and insurance companies in various types of litigation, including bodily injury, automotive, premises liability, professional liability, and construction defect cases. He shares,

Versnik previously served as a plaintiff’s personal injury attorney, giving him unique insight into defending against such claims. In addition, he secured notable legal victories, such as his involvement in Alday v. Allstate, et al – TopVerdict, Top 100 Motor Vehicle Accident Verdicts in Florida in 2021.

Prior to his legal career, Versnik’s passion for sports led to him being honored as an Academic All-American baseball player and has also served as a YMCA director and branch manager, where he led sports and fitness programs.

Versnik earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (magna cum laude) from Webber International University, followed by his law degree (cum laude) from Florida Coastal School of Law, where he earned both a Sports Law Certification and Advanced Legal Writing Certification.
