Michael Versnik is an experienced trial attorney, defending people, policyholders, design professionals, businesses, and insurance companies in bodily injury, automotive, premises, liability, professional liability, and construction defect litigation. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Webber International University (magna cum laude), followed by his law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law (cum laude), graduating with both a Sports Law Certification and Advanced Legal Writing Certification.
Michael’s life-long passion for sports lead to his being honored as an Academic All-American baseball player, and leading sports and fitness programs as a YMCA director and branch manager. It was while clerking at a prominent civil litigation firm that Michael realized his competitive nature and aggressive streak were well-suited for the courtroom.
