Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A., is pleased to welcome Patrick Hodges as an associate attorney in the firm’s Business & Tax and Estate Planning Departments. He practices from the firm’s Bonita Springs office.
Hodges will focus his practice on tax planning for businesses and individuals, as well as on estate planning matters in which tax considerations play a central role. His work supports clients navigating financial and planning decisions with careful analysis and attention to long-term objectives. He shares,
“I’m grateful for the opportunity to begin my legal career at Henderson Franklin. The firm’s collaborative culture and depth in tax and estate planning create an environment where young attorneys are supported while being challenged to grow. I’m excited to work alongside attorneys whose approach to client service and community involvement I’ve long respected.”
Hodges joined Henderson Franklin after serving as a Summer Associate, during which he gained hands-on experience researching and drafting legal memoranda on tax-related issues, contract matters, and regulatory topics. He worked closely with attorneys across multiple practice areas, gaining practical exposure to both business and estate planning matters.
“Patrick joins our team with a strong academic foundation and advanced training in taxation,” said Erin Houck-Toll, chair of Henderson Franklin’s Business & Tax Department. “His LL.M. in Taxation provides a solid framework for supporting clients with tax planning considerations across both business and estate planning matters.”
Hodges earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Florida Fredric G. Levin College of Law. His advanced tax training includes a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from the University of Florida.
