Overview
Zachary (“Zac”) Gogel joined Henderson Franklin in 2016. He serves as Facilities Manager, responsible for the physical building operations for Fort Myers, Bonita Springs, and Naples, Florida, offices.
With over a decade of experience in the construction and mechanical trades, coupled with a bachelor’s in Business Management and Supervision (from Florida SouthWestern State College), Zac maintains the firm’s facilities, ensuring the utmost safety and security and space utilization. He also is mindful and diligent with contract negotiations and leads the initiative to purchase from minority (MBE) and women-owned (WBE) companies.
Firm leaders rely on Zac to assist in updating the Emergency Preparedness and Business Continuity Plan, lease negotiations, purchasing and managing firm assets, nurturing vendor relationships, and developing/monitoring the facilities budget.
Zac grew up in Cape Coral where he currently resides with his wife, Shannon, and daughter, Abigail. When not working, he enjoys playing drums, fishing, and watching football.

Zac is a member of the South Florida IFMA Chapter and IFMA Legal Industry Council and actively participates in the firm’s holiday projects and other charitable events.
