Stetson Law Graduate Haylee Blessing Joins Henderson Franklin’s Trust and Estate Planning Department

Bonita Springs Estate Planning Attorney Haylee BlessingHenderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A., is pleased to announce that Haylee Blessing has joined the firm as an associate in the Estate and Trust Planning Department. Based out of the firm’s Bonita Springs’ office, she brings a strong academic background and a passion for helping clients navigate estate planning matters. Reflecting on her new role at Henderson Franklin, Blessing shared,

A Fort Myers native, Blessing earned her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law in 2024, alongside an MBA. She was awarded the Top JD/MBA Academic Performance Award, recognizing her exceptional achievements in both disciplines. During her time at Stetson, Blessing also served as an editor for the Stetson Business Law Review and is a member of both the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society and Beta Gamma Sigma Business Honor Society.

Blessing’s experience with Henderson Franklin began as part of the firm’s Summer Associate Program, where she developed practical skills in estate planning and business law. Her commitment to client-focused solutions and personalized legal strategies continues to guide her practice as she helps families navigate trust and estate planning. Richard Mancini, Co-Chair of Henderson Franklin’s Trust and Estate Planning Department expressed his confidence in Blessing’s abilities:

In addition to her legal work, Blessing is deeply committed to community service. While in law school, she volunteered with United Way Suncoast’s Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program, preparing tax returns for low- and moderate-income individuals. Now back in her hometown, she plans to continue her involvement with United Way of Lee, Hendry, and Glades to give back to the community she calls home.
