Florida Litigation Attorney Michael CorsoHenderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A. is pleased to announce that Florida Bar Board-Certified Civil Trial Attorney Michael Corso will be a panelist at an upcoming discussion hosted by the Southwest Florida Chapter of the Florida Public Relations Association (SWFL FPRA) and Florida SouthWestern State College, PR University on Friday, February 7, 2025. The panel will focus on the evolving legal landscape surrounding artificial intelligence (AI) and its impact on public relations, business operations, and compliance.

The panel will explore critical issues such as the laws governing AI use, corporate liability, intellectual property concerns, and recent court cases that have shaped the legal framework. Corso, who has extensive experience in technology law and litigation, will provide insights into how businesses can navigate these legal complexities and prepare for potential future regulations.

“This discussion is a great opportunity to break down how AI is reshaping business practices and the legal considerations that come with it,” said Corso. “From privacy laws to intellectual property disputes, AI presents challenges that companies and professionals need to be aware of to stay compliant and mitigate risks.”

The event will bring public relations professionals, legal experts, and business leaders together to discuss AI’s role in communications, ethics, and risk management. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions and gain a deeper understanding of AI’s legal implications. For more information on the SWFL FPRA Chapter, visit, https://www.fpraswfl.org/.
