Mary Saunders Elected to Fun Time Early Childhood Academy Board of Directors

Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A. is pleased to announce that estate planning attorney Mary Saunders has been elected to the Board of Directors for Fun Time Early Childhood Academy, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing high-quality, affordable early childhood education and care for underserved families in Southwest Florida.

Saunders said she was drawn to the organization because of its commitment to supporting working families and expanding access to early childhood education. She shares,

Fun Time Early Childhood Academy provides families with access to affordable, high-quality care and education, giving parents peace of mind and children a strong foundation for future success. Every child deserves these opportunities, and every parent should have access to reliable childcare. Saunders focuses her practice on estate planning, probate and trust administration. She advises individuals and families throughout Southwest Florida on planning for the management and transfer of assets, future decision-making and family legacy considerations. Her practice includes the preparation of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives and related planning documents. Saunders also assists clients with estate and trust administration matters and advises clients regarding tax planning considerations, charitable planning and succession-related issues.
