Litigation Attorney Madison Tanner Elected as General Counsel for Hendry County School Board

Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A. is pleased to announce that attorney Madison Tanner was elected as General Counsel for Hendry County School Board. As a devoted mother, she understands the importance of education firsthand. Tanner’s commitment to education, combined with her legal experience, underscores her capacity to provide insights and guidance, ensuring that the Board’s legal strategies align with its educational objectives.

Tanner is an associate in the Tort & Insurance Litigation Department at Henderson Franklin’s Fort Myers office. With a focus on premises liability, personal injury defense, legal malpractice, and insurance coverage matters, her well-rounded experience adds a valuable perspective to her role as General Counsel.

During her time at Stetson University College of Law, Tanner demonstrated her commitment to service by chairing the Pro Bono Committee and representing her peers in the Student Bar Association. Prior to joining Henderson Franklin, Tanner’s legal journey included roles as a legal intern in the Middle District of Florida and a law clerk at an intellectual property firm in St. Petersburg, Florida. Her dedication to legal excellence has not gone unnoticed, with recognition as a Florida Super Lawyers “Rising Star” in Personal Injury Defense in 2022 and 2023.
