Overview
Madison focuses her practice on premises liability, personal injury defense, legal malpractice, Florida Bar grievances, and insurance coverage matters. She is an accomplished trial attorney who has successfully tried cases to defense verdict, bringing a strategic and practical approach to complex litigation. In addition to her private practice, Madison serves as General Counsel for the School Board of Hendry County and the Hendry County School District, where she advises on a wide range of legal, regulatory, and risk management issues impacting public education.
Madison is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts, the United States District Court for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
Madison’s work has been consistently recognized by her peers. She has been named a Florida Super Lawyers “Rising Star” in Personal Injury Defense from 2022 through 2025. Naples Illustrated magazine also recognized her as a “Top Lawyer” for personal injury litigation in 2023 and for legal malpractice law in 2024.
A native of LaBelle, Florida, Madison was born and raised in Hendry County and continues to call LaBelle home. She lives there with her husband and two sons, Conrad (“Rad”) and Callen. Outside of her practice, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and traveling.

Professional and Civic Affiliations
Madison is an active member of the Florida Defense Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association’s Lawyers’ Professional Liability Section, the Lee County Bar Association, and the Florida School Board Attorney Association. She previously served on the Advisory Board of The SKY Family YMCA and has volunteered for the Harry Chapin Food Bank of Southwest Florida for many years.
