Henderson Franklin Welcomes Margaret Karakashian to Business & Tax Department

Margaret KarakashianHenderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A., is pleased to announce that Margaret Karakashian has joined the firm’s Business & Tax Planning Department. Practicing in the firm’s Fort Myers and Naples offices, her primary focus is helping business owners navigate the complexities of the business lifecycle.

Karakashian, who is admitted to practice in both Florida and California, offers a range of legal services designed to safeguard and grow businesses. Her experience spans entity formation, contract negotiation, mergers and acquisitions, and ongoing corporate counsel. With her background as a tax accountant, Karakashian integrates tax-efficient strategies into her legal practice, ensuring that clients are not only compliant with legal obligations but also operate in a financially efficient manner. She shares,

Karakashian earned her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, and both a Master of Business Taxation and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California. Her advanced education and diverse experience enables her to provide holistic advice that considers the broader financial and legal implications of each business decision.
