Henderson Franklin Welcomes Ave Maria Law School Graduate Kendall Coughlin to the Tort & Insurance Litigation Team

Tort & Insurance Litigation Attorney Kendall CoughlinHenderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A. is pleased to announce that Kendall Coughlin has joined the firm as an associate in its Tort & Insurance Litigation Department. She represents clients in civil litigation matters with a focus on insurance defense and tort disputes. Reflecting on her new role, Coughlin shares,

Before entering the legal field, Coughlin built a successful career in Southwest Florida’s luxury real estate industry, working as a licensed broker, design consultant, and financial liaison for custom home builds. Her background sharpened her client service skills and ability to manage high-stakes projects.

Coughlin earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Ave Maria School of Law, graduating in the top 10% of her class. While in law school, she served as Associate Editor and Business Manager of the Ave Maria Law Review, Editor-in-Chief of Publications for the Moot Court Board, and was a finalist for student commencement speaker. She also received the St. Raymond of Penyafort Award for Excellence in Written Advocacy. Coughlin earned her B.S., magna cum laude, from Florida Gulf Coast University.
