Henderson Franklin Elects Naples Business Litigation Attorney Craig Goddy as Stockholder
Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A., is pleased to announce that Business Litigation Attorney Craig Goddy was elected a stockholder. He shares,

Goddy joined the firm in April 2024 and is based in the firm’s Naples office. He represents banks, lenders, real estate investors, and fiduciaries in complex commercial and financial disputes throughout Florida. His practice focuses on business litigation and creditors’ rights, with significant experience advising private investment groups and local, regional and national financial institutions on loan defaults, mortgage and lien enforcement, lender liability defense, and Uniform Commercial Code security issues.
In the commercial real estate arena, Goddy represents landlords, property managers, developers, and investors in disputes involving lease enforcement, commercial evictions, title defects, boundary disputes, and partition actions. As a licensed Florida title agent, he brings a practical understanding of title and ownership issues to real estate litigation matters.
Goddy also represents fiduciaries and beneficiaries in contested probate and trust litigation, including disputes involving breach of fiduciary duty, mismanagement of estate assets, and the interpretation and administration of trusts and estates. In addition, Goddy maintains an entertainment law practice, advising clients in the film and music industries on contract negotiations, rights management, and related disputes.
