Attorney Blessing Builds on Henderson Franklin’s Legacy of Community Service with Arts Bonita Board Appointment

Bonita Springs Estate Planning Attorney Haylee BlessingHenderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A., is pleased to announce that trust and estate planning attorney Haylee Blessing has been appointed to the Arts Bonita (f/k/a Center for the Arts of Bonita Springs) Board of Directors. In this role, she continues the firm’s long tradition of community leadership and follows in the footsteps of retired partner Donald Thomson, who also served on the board for many years. Arts Bonita offers year-round visual and performing arts programming designed to foster creativity, connection, and cultural enrichment. With two campus locations, Arts Bonita provides classes, performances, festivals, and events that make art accessible and meaningful for residents and visitors alike.

Blessing is a member of Henderson Franklin’s Estate Planning Department and is based out of the Bonita Springs office. She works with individuals and families to design estate plans that preserve wealth, minimize tax exposure and reflect each client’s personal goals and values. In addition to preparing wills, trusts and advance directives, her practice also includes probate and trust administration. Known for her attention to detail and clear communication, Blessing helps clients make informed decisions about the future with confidence and care.

Blessing earned dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Economics, cum laude, from Florida State University. She earned her Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration degrees from Stetson University College of Law, graduating magna cum laude. Blessing was recognized with the Top JD/MBA Academic Performance Award in 2024 and served as an Articles & Symposia Editor for the Stetson Business Law Review. Also during law school, she was active in the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society, Beta Gamma Sigma Business Honor Society, and several leadership committees.
