Thomas H. Gunderson serves as Chair of Henderson Franklin’s Real Estate division and is Board Certified in Real Estate law. His primary areas of practice include commercial real estate transactions, commercial and residential real estate development, banking law and property owners’ association law. Tom also issues and handles title insurance matters.
Tom has been recognized by various publications, including Florida Super Lawyers ® magazine, Florida Trend Magazine's Legal Elite and Best Lawyers in America ® for his work in real estate law. He is also AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
Tom has lived in southwest Florida since 1974. Tom and his wife, Leslie have two daughters, Abbey and Carly.

Tom is a board member of Harborside Conference and Convention Council Advisory Board and Uncommon Friends Foundation. He is also a member of the Real Estate Investment Society (REIS), Lee County Bar Association and American Bar Association (Real Property Probate & Trust Law Sections).
