With over 20+ years as a Florida Bar Board Certified Real Estate lawyer, Thomas H. Gunderson uses his expertise to assist his clients with major commercial real estate development projects, including subdivisions, hotels, apartment complexes and shopping centers. He also handles commercial and residential real estate transactions and leases, banking law, property owners’ association law and title insurance matters. Tom also serves as Chair of Henderson Franklin’s Real Estate division.
Tom has been recognized by various publications, including Florida Super Lawyers® magazine (2009-2016), Florida Trend Magazine’s Legal Elite and Best Lawyers in America® (2010-2017) for his work in real estate law. He is also AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell. He and his wife, Leslie have two daughters, Abbey and Carly.
Tom is a member of the Real Estate Investment Society (REIS), Lee County Bar Association and American Bar Association (Real Property Probate & Trust Law Sections). He is also a former board member and Treasurer of the Conference & Convention Council of Fort Myers, Inc. and former board member of Uncommon Friends Foundation.
