Boltrek to Address MCA and Small Business Lending Industries in Miami

Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A., is pleased to announce that Attorney William Boltrek will be speaking to brokers, funders and professionals from the Merchants Cash Advance and small business lending industries at the deBanked CONNECT conference on January 24, 2019, in Miami. He will facilitate a panel discussion on “Tackling the Bloomberg Articles and the Negative Media Attention” with panelists Dan Gans (Principal & Founder of Polaris Consulting), Steve Denis (Executive Director of the Small Business Finance Association), and Deidre Krause (Founder & Fixer of The PR Company).

Boltrek assists Merchant Cash Advance companies throughout Florida in all aspects of their business, including collecting and domesticating judgments, drafting contracts, and representing MCA companies in lawsuits. He also has an active insurance litigation practice, helping clients minimize risk, damages and cost in the defense of personal injury cases, motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall, premises liability, and tractor-trailer accidents. He also represents healthcare professionals in medical malpractice and licensure matters.

Boltrek is a member of the Florida Association of Police Attorneys, Lee County Bar Association, Florida Defense Lawyers Association, and Defense Research Institute. He is an alumnus of the 2013 Greater Fort Myers Chamber Leadership Program.
