Henderson Franklin Stockholder Robert White Joins Florida Defense Lawyers Association Deposition Bootcamp Faculty
Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A. is pleased to announce that Litigation Stockholder Robert White has been selected to serve on the faculty for the Florida Defense Lawyers Association (FDLA) 2025 Deposition Bootcamp, taking place April 25-26 at the Hilton Orlando Altamonte Springs. Reflecting on his role, White shares,

The Deposition Bootcamp is a two-day intensive training seminar designed to sharpen the skills of attorneys in taking and defending depositions. The program includes general sessions and breakout workshops on deposition preparation, handling objections, managing difficult deponents and counsel, and leveraging technology in deposition settings.
White focuses his litigation practice on representing insureds in matters involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability and construction defects. With a decade of legal experience, he is known for his strategic, client-centered approach and thorough case evaluations. Best Lawyers in America® recognized White as “One to Watch” in construction litigation in 2021 and again in 2025. He is admitted to practice in all Florida and Alabama state courts, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida.
