Where Tradition Meets the Future

In his local and state-wide litigation practice, Robert White represents insureds involved in motor vehicle accidents, premises liability and construction defect matters. Relying on a decade of experience, he examines each case from all the angles and strategizes with his clients to meet their litigation goals. In 2021, Best Lawyers in America named Robert as “One to Watch,” noting his work in construction litigation.

Robert is admitted to practice in all Florida and Alabama state courts, as well as in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Previously, he was also licensed to practice in the U.S. Northern District Court for Florida and the U.S. Southern District Court for Alabama.

Robert’s reading of John Grisham novels uncovered his passion for the law, which ultimately led him to law school. During his undergraduate studies, Robert was a member of the Sigma Pi Fraternity. Before law school, he was a journalist and sports writer.

Robert is originally from Birmingham, Alabama, and is married to a fellow attorney. When not working, he loves to travel, host dinner parties with his wife, and cheer for the Alabama Crimson Tide.
