Beth Vogelsang Celebrates 30 Year Milestone as a Florida Bar Board Certified Specialist in Divorce, Marital and Family Law

Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A. is proud to share the news that stockholder Beth T. Vogelsang has been recertified by the Florida Bar as a Board Certified Specialist in Divorce, Marital and Family Law for the last 30 years. The Supreme Court of Florida affirms that such certification denotes remarkable expertise, moral integrity, and the ability to observe the highest standards of professionalism and conduct. In regards to her recertification, Vogelsang remarks,

“It is an immense privilege to be part of the small group of attorneys in Florida who possess noteworthy knowledge and expertise in divorce, marital and family law and have been recognized for their professionalism, ethics and character – a distinction I have proudly held since 1992.”

Vogelsang is the immediate past chair of Henderson Franklin’s Family Law Department and a former member of the firm’s Executive Committee. She skillfully works on divorces, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, business valuations, alimony, and parenting rights. Her clients range from business owners, professional athletes, physicians, lawyers, teachers, and managers to homemakers and retirees.

Vogelsang has garnered several accolades in the divorce and family law realm. She has been selected to be in the Florida Super Lawyers magazine each year since 2012 and was deemed one of the “Top 50 Women Attorneys in the State” in 2014, 2015, and 2019-2022. In addition, she has been included in Best Lawyers in America (2013-2023) and named the “Fort Myers Family Law Lawyer of the Year” in 2015, 2017 and 2019. Vogelsang also earned recognition as a “Top Lawyer” by Naples Illustrated (2018-2022).
