Human Resources Manager

Henderson Franklin, a 55+ attorney general practice firm established in 1924, seeks a Human Resources Manager to replace the retiring incumbent who has held the position for 20 years. Henderson Franklin has offices in Fort Myers, Naples and Bonita Springs, Florida. The Human Resources Manager position will work out of the Fort Myers office. The firm is located in one of the fastest growing regions of the U.S. with year round sunshine and many varied recreational activities. This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and works collaboratively with the firm’s Management Team. 

The Human Resources Manager oversees administration of hiring, retention, termination, personnel records, legal compliance, compensation, benefits, and long-term staffing strategies. Responsibilities include development and administration of personnel rules and regulations, pay and job classification structure, and programs for employee training, safety, health and morale.

Several years of progressive HR Management experience in a fast-paced, challenging professional services environment is required. Law firm experience is strongly preferred. Degree in human resources, business administration or related field is preferred. Professional certifications, i.e. SPHR, SHRM-SCP, a plus.

Compensation and benefit package will be commensurate with candidate’s experience level and qualifications.

Legal Secretary, Naples
