Litigation Associate, Fort Myers Office

Henderson Franklin is seeking an experienced Litigation Associate to join our team. The associate attorney will work alongside our litigation partners, drafting substantive pleadings, motions, and discovery, conducting depositions, and participating in trials and other projects. Substantive experience in one or more of the following areas is highly preferred: construction-related claims, real estate-related claims, accidents, bankruptcies, employment law, or contract disputes.

Applicants must have four or more years’ experience, strong legal research and writing ability, excellent organizational skills, and be motivated to succeed. The successful candidate must be a licensed member of the Florida Bar in good standing. Chief Operating Officer /Law Firm Manager

This senior leadership role requires a dynamic individual capable of overseeing daily operations, driving business development, and ensuring the firm’s long-term success. Responsibilities

  • Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the firm, aligning operational goals with long-term vision.
