Overview

Braxton Bowen focuses his practice in estate planning, probate, and trust administration. He is dedicated to building strong client relationships in order to guide clients through the intricacies of creating tailored estate plans that align with their unique needs and values. His skills include drafting custom documents for both will-based and trust-based plans, LLC formation, family limited partnerships (FLPs), and charitable planning.

Prior to joining Henderson Franklin, Braxton met with clients to design comprehensive estate plans for his clients, including high-net-worth individuals, addressing issues like creditor protection and charitable giving. He also assisted clients in navigating probate process. In addition, Braxton led the real estate closing department, ensuring transactions were completed smoothly while resolving title complications. He also trained new attorneys and paralegals in estate planning and probate to ensure a high standard of client service.

Braxton is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts. He holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and a Bachelor of Finance from the University of Central Florida. Braxton is a Southwest Florida native and grew up on Boca Grande. Out of the office, he enjoys hunting, fishing, homesteading, and riding horses with his wife.
