Overview
Braxton Bowen, Jr., focuses his practice in estate planning, probate, and trust administration. He is dedicated to building strong client relationships in order to guide clients through the intricacies of creating tailored estate plans that align with their unique needs and values. His skills include drafting custom documents for both will-based and trust-based plans, LLC formation, family limited partnerships (FLPs), and charitable planning.
Before joining Henderson Franklin, Braxton worked closely with clients, including high-net-worth individuals, to design comprehensive estate plans that addressed key issues such as creditor protection and charitable giving. He also guided clients through the probate process, ensuring a smooth transition. Additionally, Braxton led the real estate closing department, resolving title issues and ensuring seamless transactions. He played an instrumental role in training new attorneys and paralegals in estate planning and probate, maintaining a high standard of client service throughout.
Braxton is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts. He holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and a Bachelor of Finance from the University of Central Florida. Braxton is a Southwest Florida native and grew up on Boca Grande. Out of the office, he enjoys hunting, fishing, homesteading, and riding horses with his wife.
