Henderson Franklin Stockholder Carlos Kelly Joins SalusCare Board of Directors
Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A., is pleased to announce that stockholder Carlos Kelly has joined the SalusCare Board of Directors. He has been an active member of the organization’s Finance Committee since 2015, providing guidance and oversight for a decade before accepting a board position this year.
SalusCare is the leading nonprofit provider of mental health and substance use treatment services in Southwest Florida. The organization serves thousands of children and adults each year through a full continuum of programs, helping individuals and families find hope and healing. Reflecting on his new role, Kelly shared,
“After ten years serving on the Finance Committee, I’ve seen firsthand the tremendous impact SalusCare has on our community. I’m honored to deepen my commitment as a member of the Board and continue supporting the organization’s mission to make behavioral healthcare accessible to everyone who needs it.”
With nearly three decades of legal experience, Kelly represents business and real estate clients in litigation matters ranging from contract disputes and partnership issues to eminent domain and property rights cases. He is recognized by Best Lawyers in America®, Florida Super Lawyers®, and Naples Illustrated’s Top Lawyers, and frequently speaks and writes on legal topics affecting Florida property owners and businesses.
Kelly’s community involvement extends beyond SalusCare; he previously chaired the Board of the IMAG History & Science Center and co-founded P.E.A.K., a business roundtable.
