Overview
Tatanisha Brown, or Tata as her colleagues know her, has a combined twenty-eight years’ experience working in the legal field and currently is a paralegal in the Business & Tax department. She diligently attends to drafting the necessary documents required to form corporations, businesses, not-for-profits, partnerships and limited liability companies. Tata creates and maintains corporate record books, tracks trademark applications, and for the first half of each year, files the annual reports for over three-hundred companies for which Henderson Franklin is the registered agent.
Tata is a Florida Registered Paralegal and obtained her Paralegal Certificate from Florida International University. She holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration, a B.S. in Business Administration, and a certificate in Human Resources.
Coming to work each day is exciting for Tata because she enjoys learning new things. She feels fortunate to have the chance to work alongside knowledgeable attorneys, and she is one of the first to welcome new staff and promote a family atmosphere around the office.
