Overview
Natalie McCummins is a paralegal in Henderson Franklin’s Torts & Insurance Litigation Department, where she supports the day-to-day handling of cases by organizing files, coordinating information, and helping keep matters on track. She assists with investigating opposing parties, reviewing discovery responses, and analyzing medical records and claim documents. Her attention to detail and proactive approach help ensure each case is well-prepared at every stage.
Natalie brings five years of experience in the legal industry, including four years focused on personal injury and insurance-related matters, where she concentrated on discovery in insurance defense cases. She also worked at a plaintiff personal injury firm, managing client claims, addressing concerns, and explaining the legal process in a clear and compassionate way.
Natalie earned her Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2020 and completed her Paralegal Certificate at FGCU in 2021.
Originally born in Arizona and raised in Oklahoma, Natalie now calls Southwest Florida home. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her two cats, reading, beach days, and camping. She is an enthusiastic Green Bay Packers fan. Natalie is also active in community outreach efforts, including assisting with the firm’s holiday initiatives to support local families in need.
