JoAnn Cherrington has more than 20 years of diverse industry experience in various human resources (HR) disciplines such as employee relations, compensation, employee benefits, training, talent management, and compliance. She has led HR teams in a variety of industries including health care, insurance, hospitality and non-profits, including two years as Senior Human Resources Manager for The Fund and eight years as Director of Human Resources for The Institute of Internal Auditors.
JoAnn has a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing and economics from St. John’s University, and is accredited with the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt certifications. She is the current President of the SWFL Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators. In her free time, JoAnn loves to spend time with her grandkids, cycle, and fish.
