Overview

Jackie Mitchell, a Florida Registered Paralegal, has worked with the firm for over twenty-seven years. She serves clients in the Divorce, Marital & Family Law department with compassion and respect and strives to help them achieve closure and peace.

With an education and past employment in banking, Jackie is highly adept at drafting financial disclosures, analyzing records, and organizing financial data. She also assists her attorneys and clients in all facets of mediation, hearing and trial preparation. As this field of law continues to evolve, Jackie not only rises to the challenges, but thrives in an environment where she can learn and be mentored by the attorneys around her. 

Jackie is originally from Moorhead, Minnesota, where she received her BA from Concordia College. She also attended Edison Community College and continued her education completing various banking and paralegal courses.

Jackie and her husband, Jim, have been married for over thirty years and have one son, Charlie. Together they enjoy traveling. Most recently they toured Alaska and next on their list is Norway.
