Colleen Bush plays a key role with residential real estate closings by providing essential administrative support to the firm’s real estate attorneys, as well as to buyers, sellers, realtors, and lenders. She ensures that the process runs smoothly through clear and timely communication, helping all parties stay on track.
Before joining the firm, Colleen worked at the Law Office of John D. Spear, P.A. from 2015 until the team joined Henderson Franklin. Prior to her legal career, she gained valuable administrative experience working at an insurance fraud investigation firm.
Colleen earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies with a minor in Philosophy from Florida Gulf Coast University. Since entering the legal industry in 2015, she has developed a passion for navigating the unique challenges of each file and delivering top-tier service to her clients.
Originally from Southern Louisiana, Colleen moved to Central Florida at the age of 11. She is married with one son, and in her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family. Colleen appreciates the collaborative and supportive environment at Henderson Franklin, noting that working with such a dedicated team makes all the difference in achieving success for clients.
