Overview

Brenda Gross is a paralegal in the Tort and Insurance Litigation department. Her career in the legal industry spans 22 years. Brenda provides paralegal support in complex legal malpractice cases which includes preparing discovery, case evaluations, document management and trial preparation. She also calculates medical bills, conducts background and investigative searches, coordinates evidence reviews with medical experts and summarizes medical records, transcripts, and client files. She enjoys working on malpractice claims because of the fast pace, the complexity of the cases, and the investigative work she is able to perform. Brenda is proud to be a part of the exceptional team she works with at Henderson Franklin.

Brenda holds an AS Degree in Paralegal Studies, is a Certified Paralegal through NALA, and a Florida Bar Registered Paralegal. She was born and raised in Fort Myers. Brenda and her husband, along with their teenage daughter, enjoy travel and most recently visited Washington D.C. to take in the historic sites, including a tour of the White House.
