Overview
Annie Migliore brings over two decades of legal experience to Henderson Franklin’s Family Law department. She approaches her work with an empathetic ear, being mindful of the best interests of parents and guardians and giving them the support they need to get through difficult situations. Annie diligently prepares paperwork, reviews evidence, and assembles data to be used in court for her team of family law attorneys.
A proud alumnae of Florida Southwestern University and Florida Gulf Coast University, Annie holds an A.A. degree and a B.S. in Legal Studies respectively. Moreover, she earned a Graduate Certificate in Conflict Resolution and Analysis, which had a particular emphasis on mediation, from the University of Central Florida, and she is a Florida Registered Paralegal.
Annie is a native of Grand Rapids, Michigan and fondly recalls her childhood trips to the beach on the shore of Lake Michigan. Living in Southwest Florida, Annie can still be found taking in the sand, water, and sun, feeling at home whenever she visits the shore.
