Overview
With nearly two decades of experience, Sarah helps clients navigate some of the most personal and challenging chapters of their lives. She represents individuals and families across Southwest Florida in matters involving divorce, child custody, support, dependency, step-parent adoptions, relocation, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, and family law appeals. Sarah is also appointed as an attorney ad litem and certified Guardian ad Litem in both family and dependency cases.
Clients turn to Sarah for her depth of legal knowledge and ability to balance strategic advocacy with compassion and clarity. She understands the emotional weight these cases carry and works closely with her clients to ensure they feel heard, supported, and empowered. Whether litigating a high-conflict custody dispute or navigating the complexities of a high net worth divorce, Sarah’s focus remains on protecting what matters most—her clients’ children, financial future, and peace of mind.
Sarah’s family law articles have been published in Neapolitan Family and TheLaw.TV, and she was a contributor to Divorce Proceedings in Florida: What You Need to Know (Thomson Reuters, 2014). Throughout her career, she has been recognized as a Rising Star by Gulfshore Business (2019), honored as a “Top Lawyer” by Naples Illustrated (2024), and received the Excellency in Advocacy Award from the Guardian ad Litem Program (2018). Before joining Henderson Franklin, Sarah was a partner with a Naples law firm and began her career in public service, representing children through the Guardian ad Litem Program and providing legal aid to low-income families. She was born and raised in Fort Myers, Florida, and enjoys cooking, baking and spending her free time with her husband and two sons.
