Overview

Marguerite “Celeste” Reeder is a Certified Paralegal from National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA) and is a Florida Bar Registered Paralegal. In her role, she supports Henderson Franklin’s workers’ compensation attorneys by organizing client files, managing medical discovery, preparing hearing binders, and tracking deadlines to help matters move forward smoothly.

With a strong focus on responsiveness and organization, Celeste is attentive to client communications and works diligently to address requests promptly and thoroughly. Her attention to detail helps ensure that files are complete and ready at each stage of the process.

Celeste brings more than 22 years of experience in the legal industry, all of which has been spent working in private law firms. Throughout her career, she has held a variety of roles, including legal secretary, paralegal, and IT support, giving her a broad understanding of law firm operations and teamwork.

Originally from Pennsylvania, Celeste moved to Florida at a young age and has lived here most of her life. Outside of work, she enjoys crocheting and spending time with her husband, son and his family.

Her educational background includes an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts, magna cum laude, from State College of Florida and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Professional and Technical Communication, magna cum laude, from the University of South Florida.

Within the Workers’ Compensation Department, Celeste values a collaborative and supportive environment and appreciates working alongside colleagues who are approachable and willing to help one another each day.
