Shanelle Winn has worked in the legal industry for over thirteen years, and in that time has focused her talents on civil litigation matters. She typically works with attorneys on personal injury, product liability, construction defect, legal malpractice, nursing home neglect and employment law cases. Shanelle pours herself into collection, research and review of discovery, and attorneys can depend on her for organized files and timely drafted legal documents.
Shanelle is a Certified Paralegal through Florida Gulf Coast University and through the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA). In 2021, Shanelle was elected by the Lee County Board of County Commissioners to serve on the City of Fort Myers Historic Preservation Commission for a three year term of service.
Shanelle was born and raised in Fort Myers. Here at Henderson Franklin, she enjoys being part of a great team. What Shanelle enjoys most about her job is the sense of justice that comes from successfully defending clients against false claims.
