Overview
Nickie Stewart has been a fixture in the legal industry for over forty years. She stands proudly behind the excellent reputation of the firm, and enjoys the variety of law she is able to assist with. Whether it be foreclosure proceedings, partnership disputes, breach of contract lawsuits, trade secret litigation, employment law, trust modifications or collection matters, Nickie is adept at obtaining, organizing and preparing the discovery and drafting the court filings.
Nickie is a Florida Registered Paralegal, a certified paralegal through the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA), and most recently obtained her Advanced Paralegal Certification in Trial Practice through NALA. Nickie’s involvement with NALA includes being named Legal Assistant of the Year in 1997-1998, receiving the Affiliates Award in 2015, and attending Leadership Enhancement and Preparation Training in 2016. Currently she serves on the Advisory Committee for the Paralegal Studies Program at Florida SouthWestern State College (FSW).
A native Floridian, Nickie enjoys activities such as pickleball, working in her butterfly garden, and bowling. She also likes to read and spend quality time with her five young grandchildren.
