Throughout her 30+ year career in the legal field, Melesa Noguera has gained valuable experience working at large and international firms in Los Angeles and San Francisco, California and in Seattle, Washington. Today, she works alongside Henderson Franklin’s Intellectual Property lawyers to help individuals and start-up companies bring their ideas and inventions to life. More specifically, Mel tracks deadlines, organizes and manages documents that accompany patent, trademark and copyright applications.
Mel received her B.A. in Political Science from The University of California, Berkeley, and her law degree from New College of California, California’s oldest public interest law school.
Originally from Los Angeles, Mel and her husband now live in Cape Coral. In her spare time, she loves watching Disney and Marvel movies.
